CREW MANAGEMENT
Crew management has been our core activity from the first day we started our business. We provide our clients with skilled Marine Officers, Engineers and Ratings for almost all types of vessels. Presently we have a pool of over 300 highly experienced seafarers under our roster who meet the standards of STCW 2010, ISM and Flag state requirements of the particular vessel .They are our resource and strength and in turn, it is these people who build strength and character of our company.
CREW TRAINING
Crew training is the utmost importance in ensuring that our people are best prepared to meet the highest and latest international standards of seamanship and engineering skills. We are continuously investing time and money to increase the competence of our sailing staff. Our training policy is to ensure that all persons employed are trained to be highly competent in the duties they perform. We have our own training institute named World Maritime Institute where 100 skilled ratings passes out every year. Besides we have MoU with the government maritime institutes & academies.
